Baby Care

”Babies are soft. Anyone looking at them can see the tender, fragile skin and know it for the rose-leaf softness that invites a finger’s touch. ”
-Diana Gabaldon

This is what we like our baby to look like . The reality is, however, for the first couple of months anything but perfect. The skin of a baby is not fully matured at birth, it is work in process and can, compared to adult skin, be more prone to develop certain pathological skin conditions like diaper rash, cradle cap or other problems and therefore needs special care.

Products for adults are often too harsh and may contain irritants and allergens.

We therefore recommend to use skin care products which have been developed or selected specially for babies.

Only use gentle, mild and perfume and chemical – free soap, treat diaper rash or eczema with the right crème or lotion, do not bath your child in soapy water, just apply the cleanser and wash it off with pure water and protect your child from too much sun.
