Honeybush (Cyclopia intermedia) produces significant anti-wrinkle effects, it reduces the length and depth of skin wrinkles caused by UV irradiation and inhibited thickening of the epidermal layer, in addition to suppressing collagen tissue breakdown reactions, indicating its potential use as a skin wrinkle prevention agent.

There is evidence that the phenolic compounds in honeybush are able to reduce inflammation and prevent the development of chronic inflammatory diseases. Phenolic compounds have a direct effect on down-regulating the body’s inflammatory response. This makes honeybush extract effective in providing  inflammatory relief to skin flare ups and irritation caused by conditions like psoriasis and eczema.

Manketti Oil –also called Mongongo Oil has been used in Africa for thousands of years, It is very rich in Vitamin E, essential fatty acids and minerals and is known to protect skin and hair from heat and UV damage. Its anti-inflammatory properties relieves flaky, red, itchy and irritated skin. Very effective for boils, sunburns, fungal infections and rashes. It softens the skin reducing wrinkles and encourages the regeneration of cells.

Sesame Oil, provides the highest sun protection of all the natural oils. Excellent oxidation stability, it penetrates the skin very well and carries nutrient oils into the epidermis. Phytosteroles and Lauric Acid help to regenerate the outside layer of the epidermis.

Sesame Oil is recommended for skin poorly circulated by blood and dry skin.
