Olive Oil - We use one of the best South African cold pressed extra virgin Olive Oils available on the market. It is by a large margin our most important vegetable oil used in our soap making processes and is usually the first oil on the recipe. Olive Oil has properties that can make your hair shiny and soft. This is the reason why it has been used for centuries as a natural hair conditioner. Excellent choice if you have problems like dry, flaky scalp or dandruff. It is very light and does not make your hair too greasy. Olive oil helps to bring moisture back to the hair, leaving it healthy-looking and shiny. Rich in vitamins A, E and antioxidants, olive oil helps protect the keratin in hair and seals in moisture. Olive oil can remove the buildup of sebum that impedes the formation of new hair follicles and hinders hair growth.                                      

Nettle, Urtica dioica, stimulates the scalp, improves circulation, and helps promote fuller, more radiant hair. Nettles have a long-standing reputation for preventing hair loss and making the hair soft and shiny. Nettle, an excellent hair conditioner, is rich in minerals and plant hormones, is tonic and astringent and gives a healthy gloss to hair.  Nettle is said to be a remedy for oily hair, dandruff, and hair shaft breakage.

Wheat Germ Oil is an effective treatment for a dry, flaky scalp and may repair dry, damaged hair by adding a rich cocktail of nourishing vitamins throughout the hair, down to the roots. It may well restore the shine and gloss to your hair that becomes lost due to frequent washing and through natural damage of the environment.

Wheat Germ Oil is one of the richest natural sources of Vitamin E. In addition, its fat composition is mostly of poly- and monounsaturated fats, including essential fatty acids Omega-3, Omega-6 (55 % of total fats). Both Vitamin E and fatty acids of wheat germ oil have strong emollient properties for hair, so they can hold in protective moisture. In result, hair experiences less breakage and faster repairing of damaged cuticle. Hair becomes softer and stronger. Essential fatty acids play a crucial role in normal growth and development of body cells. Thus, they help promote hair growth and skin rejuvenation.

In addition, Vitamin E of Wheat germ oil helps with hair growth through stimulating the growth of capillaries. The more capillaries the better blood circulation.
